چکیده

Phase-shifting fringe projection methods have been developed for three-dimensional scanning (Zuo et al., 2018). However, the 3-Dimensional (3D) of objects with a high dynamic reflectivity range based on structured light is challenging task to achieve (Feng The incorrect intensities captured will cause phase and measurement errors. Thus, this paper proposes method that improves current High Dynamic Range (HDR) (Jiang 2016)) increase range. camera projector 3 channels, red, green, blue, which can absorb project these lights independently. This makes use by controlling intensity each projected camera. Each image be split into channels provide images contain different intensities, then it used compute 3D information. In general, done green blue (RGB) channel apply Jiang’s algorithm 2016). results are compared analysed HDR (Jiang’s method) regular three-step phase-shifting methods. From experimental results, has shown our proposed outperforms Specifically, manages reflective property objects. Additionally, also significantly reduced times object measurements.

General solution for high dynamic range three-dimensional shape measurement using the fringe projection technique

This paper presents a general solution for realizing high dynamic range three-dimensional (3-D) shape measurement based on fringe projection. Three concrete techniques are involved in the solution for measuring object with large range of reflectivity (LRR) or one with shiny specular surface. For the first technique, the measured surface reflectivities are sub-divided into several groups based o...

Enhanced high dynamic range 3D shape measurement based on generalized phase-shifting algorithm

It is a challenge for Phase Measurement Profilometry (PMP) to measure objects with a large range of reflectivity variation across the surface. Saturated or dark pixels in the deformed fringe patterns captured by the camera will lead to phase fluctuations and errors. Jiang et al. proposed a high dynamic range real-time 3D shape measurement method without changing camera exposures. Three inverted...

A high precision 3D dynamic measurement prototype system based on color-coded fringe and phase shifting

Accurate dynamic measurement of the 3-D shape of moving objects is a rapidly expanding field, with applications in entertainment, design, and manufacturing. In this work, the two CCD/CMOS cameras are calibrated with a flexible and accurate camera calibration method. Then, a new approach based on color-coded fringe is proposed for high precision 3D dynamic measurement. The method is based on pha...

Flexible 3D shape measurement using projector defocusing: extended measurement range.

A recently proposed flexible 3D shape measurement technique using a defocused projector [Opt. Lett. 34, 3080 (2009)] shows great potential because of its elimination of projector's gamma calibration. However, it cannot handle step-height surfaces. I present here a technique to extend its measurement range to an arbitrary shape by integrating a binary coding method. A computational framework is ...
